Maximum Loan Amount
The maximum loan amount for Utah residents will be $600.00.
Loan Terms
The cost of your cash advance payday loan is dependant on various factors. Cash advance loans are designed for emergency situations when you are short of cash and need money fast! Family emergencies, unexpected car repairs, overdrafts, telephone reconnection and deposits are just some of the urgent cash needs that you may experience.
Your fees are less than the cost of not having the cash you need when you need it—overdraft fees, bounced check charges, taxes, even losing your job because you can’t get to work! Actual fees are determined based on the information you provide when you submit your loan application.
Your cash can be in your bank account the very next business day and you don’t repay until your next paycheck.
- Your loan will be due on your next payday that falls between 8 to 30 days away.
- If you are paid by paper check, we will give you a grace period of 1 day to deposit
your check.
- If you are paid monthly, your loan will be due on your next payday that falls between
8 to 30 days away.
- If your paydates fall outside of these ranges, your loan will be due in 14 days.
- Maximum loan amount is $600.
Extensions
If you are paid weekly, bi-weekly or twice a month, you may extend your loan a maximum of 4 times by paying an additional fee before the full amount must be satisfied. If you are paid monthly, you may extend your loan a maximum of 2 times by paying an additional fee before the full amount must be satisfied. Maximum term of the loan and all extensions cannot exceed 12 weeks. After paying the minimum interest earned, you will be contracted for an additional loan, for which you will be charged an additional fee. Extension, partial payment, and early payoff requests must be received at least 3 business days prior to your due date.
