What do I need to qualify?

Qualifying for your loan is easy and straightforward. You must meet the following criteria:

  • 18 years or older
  • Checking account in your name, with direct deposit access
  • Verifiable, full-time employment with net income of more than $1200.00 per month.
  • A work phone number is required
  • Internet access

What if I have bad credit or no credit?

Everybody has some bad things on their credit report – late payments, missed payments, even bankruptcy. Don’t worry… you can still qualify for a loan with bad credit or no credit. Simply complete the online application form and as soon as we are able to verify your personal information, you could be approved for a cash advance in just a matter of minutes.

What happens when I fill in the application?

It’s a quick and easy three-step process. LoanPointUSA reviews your application. We then call to verify your employment. We contact you to verify that the information you submitted on your application is accurate and we will deliver a verbal review of the loan terms. Once approved, we provide you with a copy of your signed Loan Agreement.

We deposit your cash advance into your checking account the next business day. If we don’t receive your signed Loan Agreement and Disclosure Statement by 5 PM Mountain Time, the money will be deposited in two business days. Unfortunately, LoanPointUSA cannot make deposits on holidays or weekends.

Do I need to fax anything to your processing center?

In most cases, you will not need to fax anything to LoanPointUSA’s processing center. Some states require that we maintain a copy of your most recent paystub on file. You may be asked to fax your paystub to us in order to be eligible for a cash advance.

What if I want to pay early?
 

A:

Contact a representative at 1-800-351-8820 if you want to pay your loan in full prior to your scheduled due date. You may be entitled to a prorated OR reduced fee with your early pay off.

What are your customer service hours of operation?

The customer service hours of operation are from 7am to 4pm MST.

How much will the loan cost?
 

A:

During a time when you’re strapped for cash, a short-term loan from LoanPointUSA makes better sense because it costs you less than the alternatives many people face. We charge a fee of $30 per $100 borrowed. Compare that to the cost of the typical bank’s returned check fees, which average about $30.

What is the cost of credit associated with my loan?
 

A:

The cost of credit for a cash advance loan will vary based upon the number of days the individual loan is outstanding. For example, a $100.00 loan outstanding for 22 days will incur an Annual Percentage rate (APR) of 496.36%. Please click here for a full list of APR by time period outstanding. By comparison, if you pay a $30 NSF fee for that $50 bounced check, the APR would be twice as high!

How long does it take for me to receive my Cash Advance deposit?

A:

LoanPointUSA will transfer your money by secure deposit into your checking account the next business day. If we do not receive your signed Cash Agreement and Disclosure Statement by 5 PM Mountain Time, the money will be deposited in two business days. How do I rescind my deferred deposit and how long do I have to do so?

Rescission requests must be received by 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time the next business day after you receive your cash advance. To start the process, please contact a Customer Service Representative at 1-800-351-8820

Where can I find information about extending my loan?
 

A:

I did a Google search for LoanPointUSA and a different site came up. Do you have more than one website?

A:

No, we don’t. Recently, some companies have been using a dishonest business practice to take advantage of our name. By using a variation of our name, LoanPointUSA, they appear in search results and will direct you to a phony website bearing our name. We are taking steps to stop this deceitful practice. Don’t be scammed! Make sure you see the official LoanPointUSA logo on the website.
